- Selection: we propose one or more profiles with CV and a validation interview within a week.
- Onboarding: access to your tools (Slack, Jira, Git, Figma…), kick-off meeting, weekly hour reporting.
- Adjustment: volume adjustable every month, replacement in case of absence, termination with one month’s notice.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum commitment?
One month, renewable. The number of hours can be adjusted at each renewal and termination requires one month’s notice.
Do the experts work full-time?
Full-time or part-time, depending on your needs: from 2 to 5 days a week.
Who supervises the work?
You manage daily tasks; a Webi Studio project manager controls quality, deadlines and hour reporting.
What happens if the expert is absent?
We guarantee a replacement by an equivalent profile, briefed by the project manager.
Do the experts speak French?
Yes, all our profiles are French-speaking and available during French business hours. Many also speak English.
What are the rates?
From €25 to €50 per hour depending on the profile, or €120 to €260 per day. Monthly invoicing on validated hours.
